Shipping Methods

Your orders are shipped via ELTA Courier for domestic deliveries within Greece and via UPS for international deliveries.

Alezori Professional Products can serve customers both in Greece and abroad. Orders are shipped on the next business day after we receive your order. If your order cannot be processed due to force majeure (strikes, bad weather, etc.), we will contact you to confirm if you wish to proceed with the completion of your order.

For better service, we need your permission to include your phone number on the shipment or on the cash-on-delivery label. You can also pick up the products from our store.

Delivery time

For domestic deliveries (Greece): Delivery of products takes 1-2 business days from the shipping date (for the islands, delivery takes at least 2-3 business days).

For international deliveries (Europe): Delivery of products takes place within 3-4 business days from the shipping date.
