Application Method
After applying your color, apply one layer of Top Non Wipe and cure for the maximum time (30") so the top coat remains warm. Once out of the lamp, use a soft brush to rub the powder onto the warm Top Coat.
Once you’ve finished all 10 nails, dust off any excess powder and seal with Top Non Wipe.
